Frances was born on August 31, 1944 and passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2017.

Frances was a resident of Cassopolis, Michigan at the time of passing.

In 1966 she joined the U.S. Air Force and after two years retired at 1st Lieutenant of the Nursing Corps.

A funeral mass will be conducted Friday, August 18, 2017 at 10:30 a.m., at St. Mary's of the Annunciation Catholic Church, Bristol, with full military honors to follow.
